박선현 교수는 현재 서울대학교 경영대학에서 전략 및 국제경영 분야의 부교수로 재직하고 있다. 주요 연구 분야는 최고 경영진과 기업 이사회의 전략적 의사결정 과정, 전략혁신, 기업의 다양성과 혁신성과 등이다. 최근에는 사회 연결망 분석에 기반한 조직변화, 그룹의 인지 다양성 증대 및 대중 조직화를 연구하고 있다. 학부와 대학원에서 경영전략, 경영전략 연구 방법론, 경영전략에 대한 사회학적 접근, 환경변화와 전략혁신 등을 강의한다. 서울대학교 경영대학에서 학사와 석사, 미국 University of Michigan에서 경영전략 박사학위를 받았으며, 미국 University of Southern California (USC)의 전략 및 조직이론 분야 조교수로 재직하였다. Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Organization의 편집위원, 전미경영학회 조직이론 분과의 아시아 지역대표로도 활동하였다.
Sun Hyun Park is Associate Professor of Strategy and International Management at College of Business, Seoul National University. Prior to joining SNU, he served as Assistant Professor of Management and Organization at Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. He completed his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Seoul National University and received his Ph.D. in Corporate Strategy from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
Professor Park’s research focuses on how corporate managers cope with a firm’s external environment, which includes technological, institutional, and competitive dynamics. He teaches topics in corporate strategy, corporate governance, and research methods both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Professor Park is a recipient of the Academy of Management Best Paper Award (OMT, 2010) and the Strategy Research Foundation Dissertation Scholar award (2011) from Strategic Management Society. He serves on the editorial review board for Strategic Management Journal and Strategic Organization (2019-2021). He also served as a global representative for the Organization and Management Theory division of the Academy of Management (2017-2019).
