The Career Development Office (CDO) is dedicated to supporting job searching efforts of our MBA students. To build effective channels between students and companies, the CDO has been hosting various recruiting events such as campus recruitment, company information sessions, job postings and sending resume books to companies and search firms.
The CDO is also expanding its efforts by arranging summer internship programs to help students to earn experience in their targeted industries and business functions thereby leading to a successful career change and full-time employment.
Our Career Development Program begins at the start of the first quarter of the MBA program with resume submission and career survey. The results of the career survey serve as a foundation for understanding students' career objectives and their industry and job preferences. Based on these answers, the CDO organizes one-on-one counseling with career experts to assist the job-seekers to grasp their strong points as well as weak points and figure out required competencies for their ambitions.
While in school, students are regularly invited to attend mentoring sessions with alumni in various industries and work positions, and resume clinic, interview skills consultation, and business practicum classes led by field specialists. The one-on-one career counseling continues throughout the entire school years to help students achieve their job aspirations.
